There are dozens of word games. There is one thing they all have in common: at some point, the letters in front of you stop making sense and you need help.
Word Finder is that help. There are two tools – the Unscramble tool and the Word Finder tool.
The Word Finder
Think of the word finder as Wordle mode.
It has 3 elements: length, position, and letters.
For length, you can choose a specific length or all words. It’s set at 5-letter words by default because that is the most used setting.
Why? Wordle.
Then you have “position”. Do you want to find a 5-letter word with a specific letter at the beginning, at the end, or just somewhere within the word in an unspecified position.
Putting it all together: you can ask the word finder to “Find 5-letter words starting with A”.
Press “Find Words” to see the initial results. After this, you can combine the elements above using the filters on the results page.
Unscramble
While the word finder is Wordle mode, I like to think of the Unscramble tool as Scabble mode. It’s simple, enter the letters you want to make a word out of and it will return all possible words that can be made from those letters – just like you would in a game of Scrabble.
Just like the word finder, you can customize the results on the results page using the filters.
