This tool will help you find all the words you can play in a live game of Scrabble based on the letters you have at your disposal and help you learn new words and expand your vocabulary. Our tool is very easy to use but offers some advanced options as well.
How to use Scrabble Word Finder?
- Input Your Letters:
- Use the “Your letters” field to enter the letters from your Scrabble rack, and click the “Find Words” button to get all the possible words you can play.
- This is the most basic way to use the tool. However, the tool has some advanced functions that narrow your search.
- Advanced Filtering: other fields from the tool can help with filtering out the results according to your requirements:
- Use “starts with” or “ends with” fields to limit results to words fitting the criteria.
- Use the “length” field to Input a specific word length, and the tool will only display words of that length. This is especially useful if you’re trying to score bingo, in which case you’ll set a word length to 7.
- Use the “includes” field to see only words with a particular letter or sequence of letters (e.g., by imputing “ed” in this field, the tool will return only those words that contain this sequence).
- Choose the dictionary: Our Scrabble Word Finder offers word search across 4 dictionaries: US Scrabble, UK Scrabble, and WWF, as well as a combined dictionary containing all Scrabble words across the dictionaries mentioned above.
- Sorting and Grouping:
- By default, the words are sorted by length, from longest to shortest, and by potential points they carry in the game (excluding bonus points).
- You can always change the sorting priority, whether alphabetical, length, or the number of points carried in the game.
